WelcomeCo (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides a platform that connects new residents (“you,” “your,” “recipient”) with local businesses (“partners”) through genuine, hand-picked offers. By accessing or redeeming offers provided via WelcomeCo, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
These offers are designed specifically for new movers, and we want to make sure they’re only enjoyed by those who qualify.
Offers are exclusive to new residents at the address where the WelcomeCo pack was delivered.
Offers may require proof of residence (e.g., utility bill, ID, or addressed mail).
Each offer is limited to one redemption per household, unless otherwise specified.
Redeeming an offer is simple, but a few conditions apply to keep things fair and consistent.
To redeem an offer, you must follow the instructions provided (such as scanning a QR code, completing a form, or visiting a partner’s store).
Some offers are time-sensitive and must be redeemed before the stated expiry date.
Once an offer is redeemed, it is considered final and cannot be reused, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
Partner businesses are solely responsible for the provision of goods and services under their offers.
Our partners provide the goods and services offered, so they carry the responsibility to fulfil their promotions.
Partners are responsible for honouring the offers they promote through WelcomeCo.
Offers must be genuine, clearly described, and delivered as stated.
Partners may decline redemptions if conditions are not met (e.g., expired offers, proof of address not provided).
For residents, accessing offers is completely free. For businesses, there may be fees to participate in the program.
Offers are free for residents to access.
WelcomeCo charges partners to participate in the program, either through listing fees, referral fees, or promotional arrangements.
This commercial arrangement allows us to deliver the WelcomeCo program at no cost to residents.
WelcomeCo acts as a connector, not the provider of goods or services, so responsibility rests with the partner businesses.
WelcomeCo does not provide the goods or services promoted in offers.
Any issues with quality, fulfilment, or service should be raised directly with the partner business.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WelcomeCo disclaims liability for loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in offers or dealings with partner businesses.
We respect your privacy and only share your information to make the offers work as intended.
By redeeming an offer, you consent to WelcomeCo sharing your details (such as name, phone, email, and address) with the relevant partner so they can contact you and fulfil the offer.
Your data will not be sold to third parties outside of this arrangement.

Sometimes changes happen. This section explains how and when offers may change.
WelcomeCo reserves the right to change, suspend, or withdraw any offer at any time without notice, particularly if a partner withdraws from the program.

These Terms are governed by local Australian law to ensure fairness and compliance.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
